Freshers-trip/Rustur 2010

According to our tradition, we go again this year to Rødhus Klit during our freshers week.

• Price: 800 Danish Kroner
• Of it, 300 Danish Kroner is deposit which you will get back if you clean your cabin & area and nothing gets broken
• Buy the ticket at Glubbin
• Date 17-9 to 19-9
• Place: Rødhus Klit vacation centre.
• The trip is only for new students

Events:

• Friday 17.

We leave school at 13 o’clock. There will be possibility to buy cheap beer and cider in the buses. For those who have their luggage with them in school, Basement (the school’s bar) will ensure that you will not be bored.

When we arrive at Rødhus Klit will you receive the keys and some information about the area and cabins.

This afternoon the students will decorate the cabins with different themes, the themes are decided by the cabins members. After the decoration the students can visit each others’ cabins.

• Saturday 18.

All the facilities provided by Rødhus Klit can be used by the students on Saturday 18. The Fresher reps will organize games and other activities trough out the day. Your cabin will get further information about the program during that day.

In the night the divine tutors ensure a bang of a party

• Sunday 19.

The students will clean the cabins and around noon we will head back to Aarhus Business Academy.

Further information:
•    Every house will have a “chieftain” selected by the Academy Council. This person will stand for buying booze, food and things to decorate the cabin on Friday, the person shall, of course, not pay for it all, but gather the group and delegate the different assignment to the people living in the cabin.
•    The chieftain must also fill out the inventory list on arrival and meet with the Academy Council in the “Council cabin” and give us a list of persons staying in the house.
•    It is possible to cook your own food in the cabins so bring some food with you if you want to save some money.
•    You can pay for the trip on the website www.glubbin.com , the website should be up and running mid-August.

The deposit will be refunded when we get it back from Rødhus Klit.
